Hi, I'm Allison Alvarado!

I am an anti-diet dietitian based in Ann Arbor, Michigan. My goal is to help people improve their relationship with food, their bodies, and themselves without dieting or restriction. Through my practice, I help people enjoy food and find peace with their bodies again after spending all their time and energy thinking about food and how they look.

How I Practice
I strive to provide a non-diet, weight inclusive approach to nutrition that is both evidence-based and tailored to each individual’s needs through virtual nutrition and body image coaching. My coaching technique is based largely in the intuitive eating principles and the Health at Every Size philosophy.
